A home was destroyed but no one was hurt in a fire in Limington Saturday night.

The fire broke out at a mobile home at about 9:20 p.m. Saturday at 547 Sokokis Ave. The homeowner was able to exit the home, said Limington firefighter Leroy McDonough.

About 24 firefighters from Limington, Cornish and Standish responded to the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the state Fire Marshal’s Office, McDonough said.
