WASHINGTON — The Gibbs Library’s 19th annual student art exhibit will feature works from Prescott Memorial Elementary School. The show is set to run through June at 40 Old Union Road in Washington Village.
Art teacher Erik Minzner has used a wide range of materials, techniques and inspiration to express students’ creativity in these works. The pieces, representing all the K-6 students, were selected, framed and displayed by Minzner.
A reception is set for 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, awards will be presented and refreshments offered.
The Gibbs library is open from 4-7 p.m. Monday, 9 a.m. to noon and 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, and 9 a.m. to noon Thursday and Saturday.
