FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has promoted Dylan Smith to the officer-level position of controller. He has been an integral member of the Franklin Savings Bank team for 6 1/2 years, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for supporting the bank’s mission.

Smith began his career at Franklin Savings Bank in 2018 as a part-time customer service representative, quickly transitioning to an accounting intern in early 2019. He has established himself as a cornerstone of the accounting team, valued for his deep knowledge of departmental operations, strong troubleshooting abilities, and dedication to collaboration. He is widely recognized as a go-to resource, offering support across the bank, according to a news release from the bank.
Pam Dixon, executive vice president and CFO of Franklin Savings Bank, praised Smith’s promotion, saying, “Dylan’s journey at Franklin Savings Bank is a testament to his hard work, adaptability, and leadership skills. Smith resides in Livermore with his wife.
