In celebration of Co-op Month this October, cooperatives across Maine are set to hold a three-part webinar series, “Enhancing Co-op Workplace Well-being: Streamlining Systems and
Enriching Employee Lives.”

Starting Wednesday, Oct. 9, this series is designed to meet the needs of both co-op leaders and employees, offering practical knowledge and fostering connections within the cooperative community.

As the challenges of today’s working environment continue to evolve, cooperatives must find ways to ensure that their employees and worker-owners feel valued, supported and engaged.
This series is not just about providing information — it’s about creating a space for learning and collaboration that strengthens the bonds within the cooperative network.
