FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has promoted Bernice Cote to vice president, learning and development director.
A dedicated member of the bank team for more than 30 years, she has been instrumental in shaping the bank’s training programs and leading the Training Department to its current success.

Throughout her tenure, Cote has contributed her expertise across multiple branches and departments, leaving a mark on the bank’s culture and operations. Her passion for training and development, combined with her unwavering compassion and drive, has established her as a respected leader and mentor, according to a news release from the bank.
“I am honored to step into this role and continue fostering a culture of learning and growth at Franklin Savings Bank,” Cote said. “It’s been a privilege to contribute to an organization that values its employees as much as its customers. I look forward to furthering our efforts to ensure everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.”
Cote resides in Farmington with her husband. She is a proud mom and grandparent. Her dedication to her family and her work is a testament to her commitment and resilience, inspiring those around her.
