During the past two weeks, Mt. Ararat High School senior Theodore Forcier spent some time interviewing fellow track and field athletes and producing videos for Varsity Maine as part of his Eagle Legacy project, which is required for graduating seniors at the Topsham school.
Forcier, 18, a Bowdoinham resident, plans to attend Quinnipiac University in Hampden, Connecticut, in the fall.
This video features Mt. Ararat senior Carly Satterfield discussing her pre-meet rituals, snacks-slash-good luck charms and the power of a proper mindset.
