Offered by Portside Real Estate Group, this event is tailored to real estate agents seeking to learn more about new construction in the central Maine area. Agents will hear from local real estate professionals about upcoming and current projects.
After brief presentations, a panel of new construction experts made up of real estate agents and a lender will share their tips and tricks for communicating with developers, marketing their properties, and more. The panel will be moderated by Dava Davin, founder and CEO of Portside Real Estate Group, with featured panelists Jordan Stolt, Summit Real Estate; Anna Boucher, Pouliot Real Estate; Sarah Carson, Portside Real Estate Group; and Kaleigh Deering, US Bank.
