Self-led play set for Mondays at Augusta library
Lithgow Public Library’s Youth Services will open its program room doors to toddlers on Mondays for a free two-hour session of self-led play, coloring and socializing with families.
All ages are welcome, though the library’s toys are best suited for infants and toddlers.

Lego program back at Skowhegan library
Lego Club is back at Skowhegan Free Public Library. Join the staff for some fun with everyone’s favorite building blocks year round the last Thursday of the month.
This program is for those kids 4 and older who love building and being creative. Each Lego Club session might be free build or may present a specific challenge for the kids to focus on. All Legos will be provided.

Gardiner library story time, craft set for Tuesdays
Join Miss Heather in the Gardiner Public Library Children’s Room on Tuesday for story time and a fun craft. Each week is a different theme and activity.
This program is for ages 1-6. This is a drop-in program, events are subject to change.

Baby Rhymes meets Wednesdays at Farmington library
Baby Rhymes is offered from 10-11 a.m. Wednesdays in the Children’s Room.
Babies, toddlers, and their caregivers gather to sing, clap, march around, and hear stories.

Waterville library encourages parents to use Beanstack app
The library’s free 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program is ongoing.
If at least one book a day is read to a child from infancy through their toddler years, they will have had 1,095 books read to them in three years, setting them up for success when they enter kindergarten.
It’s as easy as downloading the Beanstack app on a mobile device and logging in the books that are read. Earn incentives for every 100 books read.
