Talks with SAD 49 ongoing as Albion continues push to leave school district
A district consolidation plan calls for the eventual closure of Albion Elementary School, but the town is pushing a proposal in which it would withdraw from the district, operate the elementary school on its own and secure an agreement from SAD 49 to accept its older students.
