The smaller space means computer usage requires a reservation, and a majority of the library’s collection is stored offsite but can be retrieved and made available at the new 242 State St. location.

The public section of the library is expected to open in early 2021 at 242 State St., while some offices and materials will be stored at a Winthrop warehouse.
