Five state champions highlight our list of the state’s top players.

Several grapplers return to the list, including one who earned his 200th career victory this season.

Windham, Scarborough and Bangor standouts were among the state’s best this winter.

Senior Tayla Pelletier won the 55-meter hurdles and triple jump state titles, and placed third in the long jump at New Englands.

Two goalies are finalists for the first time since 2008, and a defenseman also is in the running, along with a pair of forwards.

Drew Johnson, Marc-Andre Peron, Wyatt Labonte, Brandon White and Sam Foley are in the running of Class A hockey’s top honor.

All three state champions have the opportunity to win another state championship in 2025-26.
